Wednesday Market Vendor Application

SATURDAY MARKET: 
Vendor applications are now closed for the Saturday Market! We continue to accept applications from farmers and backyard farmers throughout the market season. If you are a farmer or backyard farmer, please contact the Saturday Market Manager, Ellie, at [email protected] to apply or with any questions.

Market Vendor Fees:
Port Orchard Farmers Market Annual Application Fee: 

• New Vendor Application (Membership) Fee: $50
• Existing Vendor Application (Dual Membership) Fee: $30

Terms:

• Application/membership fee only charged once accepted and approved
• Existing 2026 market vendors pay $50 for the first market application fee, and $30 for the second application fee
• Backyard Farmers and Youth Vendors do not pay membership fees

• Backyard farmer*: $20 Saturday/$10 Wednesday

Crafters & Processors

• 10x10 stall: $55 Saturday/$30 Wednesday
• 10x5 stall: $45 Saturday/$20 Wednesday
• 10x20 stall: $110 Saturday/$60 Wednesday

On Site Food

• 10x10 stall: $65 Saturday/$50 Wednesday
• 10x5 stall: $55 Saturday/$40 Wednesday
• 10x20 stall: $85 Saturday/$70 Wednesday
• Food Truck: $85 Saturday/$70 Wednesday

*Backyard Farmer: ​Sell their own excess farm / garden products up to 5 times per year.  Backyard farmers receive a 5' x 10' space and may NOT use a 10x10 canopy but may use a small canopy or umbrella. If you need a larger space, apply as a Vendor.
​Youth Vendors (Under 16):  Youth vendors must make or grow what they sell with their own hands. Market staff are unable to watch over children. Parents or older siblings may help them at the market. Kids can be “backyard farmers” too. Youth Vendors get a card table size space for a discounted rate ($5) and may use a market umbrella or a 5x5 canopy.  If they wish to have a full size stall (10x10) they will need to pay the regular rate.
